Our ISO Class 6 clean room, equipped with an area spanning 900 square feet, ensures a controlled environment for meticulous processes, maintaining cleanliness standards with particles exceeding 0.5 microns minimized.
Our clean room is designed to accommodate 88 workstations, each configured as outlined below.

Hardware Repair Level
Our technicians and engineers are capable of analyze and repair functional failures which require a PCB soldering process at the following levels:
- Replace connectors and ports.
- Replace SMT and Through hole components.
- Replace BGA components.
- Replace the CPU.

In our Harvesting process, designated materials undergo a meticulous restoration journey, including thorough cleaning, new adhesive application, and detailed cosmetic and functional inspections. This ensures the materials meet or exceed the original manufacturer’s specifications. Cosmetic Restoration
In our Cosmetic Restoration Process, we pay meticulous attention to detail transforms the appearance of materials, be they plastic or metal. Through a variety of processes including sandblasting, buffing, polishing, and color restoration with Acrylic Urethane Surface Coating (AUSC), we rejuvenate the aesthetic appeal of components. Additionally, anodizing or PVD processes are expertly applied to further enhance durability and visual appeal. We also specialize in the design and outsourcing of injection molding for plastic parts. This comprehensive approach ensures that every surface undergoes a tailored restoration, revitalizing its look and performance.
